    The lush gardens instantly transported me to paradise. The staff was so great.

    I had a wonderful experience and would love to go back. Everything there was nice and the staff were incredibly attentive. The location of the hotel was magnificent, to el centro. What's more, it was short walk to Casa Hormiga as well as the La Playita restaurant...

    location: the hotel was just next door to the la playita restaurant for reasonable prices, casa hormiga, and the lagoon and town. the room we had included climate control, an individual safe and a dining area.

    I enjoyed the calming atmosphere . The library had a great selection of art books that kept me engaged. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

    I did notice some noise at night from nearby bars that affected my sleep. The breakfast options were not satisfying enough, and there were a few mistakes with orders at the restaurant.

    The American pancakes at Casa Hormiga are a sweet start to the day! Plus, the beautiful pool areas and charming library added to the vibe. A shout-out to the attentive staff. It's only a short stroll to local culinary gems like Papaya Maya and Rapsodians Resto Vegetariano.

    We struggled with noise from nearby bars and roosters that put a dent in our sleep. The breakfast options were a bit weak, and we had a couple of service slip-ups at the restaurant that dampened the experience. We expected a little more for the price.

    The hotel is stylish and incredibly beautiful. We had a separate bedroom, which was very convenient. the amenities such as a hairdryer, guest toiletries, and bath sheets were very handy. the staff was incredibly attentive and amicable. They offered wake-up service and ironing free of charge. the location is great, relatively close to Parroquia de San Joaquin Church and right by Bacalar Center and the lagoon. I would happily recommend this hotel to others.

    The location was superb and excellent; walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It was near La Playita restaurant, the shore, the lagoon, and town. - the double room they provided was quiet and amazing.
